Boost Your Weight Loss with this Quick Workout

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is great for weight loss because it continues to burn fat hours after you have finished your workout. Plus they are quick and can be done at the gym or from the comfort of your own home.
Here is another great HIIT workout for you. With these, the intensity is up to you. If you need to go a little less to make it through, be sure you do so you can complete it. However, it’s easy to make these harder by changing incline and speed during the treadmill portions.

Warm up
25 mins on the treadmill (set your speed at 3.5 mph, and your incline at 15)
Followed By
- > 20 Lunges
- > Rest 30 seconds
- > 50 jumping jacks
- > Rest – 30 seconds
- > 25 air squats
- > Rest – 45 seconds
- > 25 push ups
- > Rest – 45 seconds
Repeat 4x
- > Work your Abs
- > 25 crunches
- > Rest – 30 seconds
- > 25 Bicycles
- > Rest – 30 seconds
- > Plank – 1 minute
Repeat 4x
Cool Down
> Finish off with sprinting for 1 min followed by walking for 1 minute
Repeat 10x
Remember, when doing these workouts all you need to do is do your best. If this is too difficult, that is ok, just complete as much as you can of the workout and it will still be beneficial to you.
