Others will give you a lot of free advice, but if they haven't been where you are and successfully transformed their lives, how can they really know what works?
I'm not here to give you theories and opinions. I've been where you are. I know how rough it is. I tried a lot of things that didn't work. Along the way, I learned a lot of lessons and put together a system that works very, very well.

Imagine going into the doctor's office and being told that you're pre-diabetic, that you have a fatty liver, and that if you don't significantly transform your life, that you're probably not going to be around for the people that count on you and care about you.
I didn't have to imagine that. It happened to me. It scared me. It shook me. In that moment, I had to come to grips with the harsh reality that ignoring the truth wasn't going to save me from the consequences of that truth.

Being overweight can make you feel trapped, like there's nothing you can do about it. I'm living proof that you can do something about it. Here's what my journey looked like...
Look, I get it. I use to the feel the same way. Before I started my journey, I didn't think it was possible. Then, I lost an embarrassing bet with the people I was supposed to protect.
You see, I was a bodyguard and one day, I got challenged to do push ups. I couldn't even do one. It was humiliating. Here I was, in front of the people that I was supposed to be keeping safe, and I couldn't even do a single push up.
That embarrassing experience led me to scheduling an appointment with my doctor.
That doctor's visit shook me to my core.
And that's when I decided that I was going to do something about it. At the time, I didn't know how, but that didn't matter - what mattered was that I was committed to making a change.
That's what it takes. A deep desire to change. If you have that, I can show you the "how" and all you have to do is put in the effort.
I didn't have the time to lose weight when I started either. I thought it was going to take ridiculous amounts of time to change, and I was busy. What I discovered was there are ways to lose significant amounts of weight without investing significant amounts of time.
It starts with making the right small changes - changes that start to have a significant effect over time.
Then, it comes down to figuring out how the "hacks" that help you save time and lose weight at the same time.
Take meals for example. We plan every meal out for you, which means you're not going to have to invest hours and hours of time figuring out what to eat to lose weight.
When I got started, I didn't have someone like me that I could ask to guide me. I spent a tremendous amount of time on YouTube and Google searching for what I needed to do.

I realized early on that losing weight goes beyond easy-fixes that only address one area of your life.
That's why I focus on ALL of you in a 360-degree approach that addresses the critical mindset shifts you absolutely have to make to be successful (especially long-term), the changes you need to make to your nutrition and how to avoid temptations, and the exercise routines that are going to work for you (when I got started, I couldn't even use most of the equipment at the gym).

I have teamed up with an amazing nutritionist who specializes in fat loss to make sure you’re on a plan that works for you. You’ll tell me what you like to eat and what you don’t like to eat, so you actually enjoy the experience of eating healthy!
Coaching Time with Me - I’ve created a special Facebook Group for the Best Me Challenge where I’ll be able to talk to you every day. I’ll be going live inside the group weekly to answer questions so be sure to ask them! Also, if you don’t make the live session you can replay it and ask questions on the thread after and I’ll be there to answer them as well.
Weight Loss Habit Building - One of the most important things I had to do when starting my weight loss journey was building better habits. Whether you're one day in or one year in, healthy habits are what create lasting results. My first few Lives inside the Facebook Group will be dedicated to getting you started on the right track, building habits that foster lasting weight loss, and helping you make the best choices you can for your health. This is the critical mindset component that will transform you into a new version of you - one that's capable of achieving lasting results.
