Don’t Let Your Leftovers Go To Waste!

Whether you are meal prepping or you have made too much food, learning how to use a single ingredient for multiple dishes can really help you eat healthy and stay on track so you can lose more weight.

When you can make multiple meals that are different using similar ingredients it can help to cut down cost and can make meal prepping so much easier because there is less work. Plus, if you are able to make meals that are different from each other you are more likely to look forward to your meals and you won’t get bored of them. The last thing you want is to turn mealtime into a chore.

If you have leftovers, or even want to use this recipe to meal prep for the week, here is how you can turn your tacos into healthy spaghetti.

Taco Spaghetti

Heat your skillet on medium-high heat and add your zoodles to one half of the skillet. In the other half of the skillet, place your leftover taco meat.

Sprinkle your zoodles with your garlic powder and garlic butter seasoning to your liking and allow your zoodles to cook for about 5 minutes or until your zoodles are no longer crunchy. Continually stir and turn over zoodles to help them cook evenly.

Take note that I didn’t include any measurements. This is so you can easily adjust the amount of taco mean and the amount of zoodles you would like to use for your particular meal.
