When you start the journey of losing the weight and keeping it off, there are four factors that play a key role in whether or not you're going to succeed.

Most of the "solutions" on the market provide one or two of these key factors (which is why so many people have tried and failed with so many of them).

I have teamed up with an amazing nutritionist who specializes in fat loss to make sure you’re on a plan that works for you. You’ll tell me what you like to eat and what you don’t like to eat, so you actually enjoy the experience of eating healthy!  As a member, you'll get a new 4-week meal plan every month that is custom-made to fit your progress.

Coaching Time with Me - I’ve created a special, private Facebook Group specifically for coaching members. I’ll be going live inside the group to answer questions (so be sure to ask them)! Also, if you don’t make the live session you can replay it and ask questions on the thread after and I’ll be there to answer them as well.

1:1 Facetime/Skype Calls: You will get a personal 15 minute Facetime with me twice a month so I can individually address your personal needs and I can really support you and hold you accountable.

Weight Loss Habit Building - One of the most important things I had to do when starting my weight loss journey was building better habits. Whether you're one day in or one year in, healthy habits are what create lasting results. My first few Lives inside the Facebook Group will be dedicated to getting you started on the right track, building habits that foster lasting weight loss, and helping you make the best choices you can for your health.
