How MY Challenge Makes 2019 YOUR YEAR!!

Have you made the decision to finally lose the weight next year?

New Years is always a popular time for people to lose weight, and it is a great time to be able to find others just like you who are tackling the same goals as you. This is a great time to get the additional support you need, and there is one way you can be sure to gain momentum on your journey, and the is by joining a weight loss challenge.

When you join a weight loss challenge and use it to kick off your New Year’s Resolutions, you will be more likely to reach your goals because, for the first time, you will not be working to lose the weight alone.

New Years is a popular time for people to run fitness and weight loss challenges. If you go to any fitness website, chances are they are issuing a challenge to their followers. Whether it is a 30-day challenge or a 12-week challenge, you are being encouraged to sign up and participate.

However, my challenge isn’t your typical challenge.

When I weight over 600 pounds, I saw weight loss challenges all the time, and I had considered joining some.

But when I saw the other contestants, I was intimidated because they didn’t look like me. They didn’t seem to have as much weight to lose as I did and I became discouraged. I didn’t join these challenges because I felt like I didn’t belong there, and those challenges were not set up to address the amount of weight that I had to lose.

That is why my challenges are different.

If you have a lot of weight to lose as I did, you will fit right in because my community is focused on addressing the very same issues that I was faced with. If you 30, 50, 100, 300, 400 or more pounds to lose, I want to help you do that. I want to get you started, so you can live a better life.

Be Part of a Community

Too often losing weight can be incredibly lonely. I know it was for me, and I ended up losing a lot of friends simply because we no longer shared the same goals or lived the same lifestyle.

When you join a challenge, you don’t just lose weight; you gain friends and people who understand what you are going through because they are going through it too. I see all types of people in my challenges. Some only have 30 pounds to lose, but many of them have hundreds of pounds to lose, just like I did.

I know what it is like to be big and have no one to talk to about your struggles because nobody understands what you are going through. They don’t understand how everyday life and simple tasks can be a challenge. They don’t know the emotional pain that we go through or the challenges we face.

I see “fitness gurus” on social media every day telling people how to lose weight, but they have never been as overweight as I was. They just couldn’t speak to my experiences or struggles.

When you join the challenge, you get access to my Team’s private Facebook group where people understand these challenge and openly talk about what they are going through and how they are overcoming these various struggles. Together, we create solutions and cheer each other on. We celebrate the hard work and support one another when we fall off track.

This is unlike any other community that I have seen, and where you will make new friends with common goals.

You Make Better Goals

When you join a weight loss challenge, you automatically begin to set smaller goals. Instead of just saying, “I want to lose weight this year,” you are forced to set a smaller time limit that is within the restrains of the challenge.

The I Am Possible Challenge is only 12 weeks long, and when you join this challenge you know need to begin to make your goals within this time frame. This smaller time frame forces you to re-evaluate how you spend your time and what can realistically be accomplished.

Personalized Meal Plan

Nutrition is the key to losing weight, but it can be difficult to know what to eat and how much, especially when you first begin your journey. Choosing the wrong foods can sabotage your goals, but this isn’t the only issue.

It may surprise you, but many people end up cutting their calorie intake too low to lose weight, causing their body to try and hold onto the fat, rather than burning it off. I know how big of an impact this can make on your weight loss because this is something I did. When I was losing weight, I hit a plateau. No matter what I did, I could not lose any weight. I was eating the right things, and I was cutting my calories but was seeing no progress. I ended up seeing a nutritionist find out what going and as it turns out, I wasn’t eating enough. I upped my calorie intake o the recommended amount and was suddenly back on track.

Typically when you join a weight loss or fitness challenge, often you are on your own. However, when you join the  I Am Possible Challenge you will have a personalized meal plan created for you, so you know exactly what you are eating and how much. Every meal plan is customized specifically to each individual, containing the foods you like. Vegetarian? No problem, we can make your plan. Hate broccoli? Fine, you won’t see it on your plan. Love shrimp? We’ll be sure to include that on the menu.

Workouts in the Gym or At Home

With the I Am Possible Challenge you get my new gym workout guide that hasn’t been released to the public yet. You get these workouts first!

These exercises are meant to be done at the gym and will help you lose weight while maintaining muscle.

However, if you are not ready for the gym, or don’t have access to one, that is ok. You will also get access to my Team Possible membership platform where you get new workouts every day. You will get workouts that can be completed at home, as well as at the gym.

Become More Confident

This challenge isn’t just about losing weight, but also about getting your confidence back.

Confidence is something that I learned when I was losing weight. It was a welcome surprise that I wasn’t expecting. I had been overweight my entire life, so it was all that I knew. I didn’t realize how much I lacked in confidence until I lost the weight.

And it wasn’t just looking better than made me more confident. When I was on my journey, I had to push my own limits and challenge myself. I learned that I was capable of doing anything that I put my mind to. I learned a lot about myself and gained a new perspective on the world, and this lesson is invaluable.
