How to Make the Perfect Healthy Omelette

I get a lot of question on how I cook my food and how to make meals without using butter or risk over using oil. The key is to use oil that comes in a spray can, this way you use very little. Remember, you aren’t using your oil to cook your food or give it flavor, but rather to help it cook in a pan without it sticking.
This omelette is easy to make and one of my favorite meals. I choose to use vegetables that I know I will be able to eat a lot of without having them impact my weight loss goals. Also, the proteins I picked (eggs and chicken) are both lean.
All together this makes a meal that is easy, satisfying, delicious, and quick to make. Just because you are eating healthy, doesn’t mean your food has to be bland. You also don’t have to be a professional to make it taste good, and that’s important to me.

One of my biggest challenges was finding a way to cook my food, so it was both healthy and tastes good, and this is one of the biggest challenges I find others have as well. Through trial and error, I learned what foods were healthy and what to stay away from. I then experimented with those healthy foods, trying to find different ways to cook them, so I didn’t feel like I was eating the same thing day in and day out.
When you get bored with your food, it can make it hard to stay on track. We use food for more than just fuel, we also use it for entertainment and tend to look forward to good meals. Much of our life is based around the foods we eat, so the last thing we want is to make them so bland and boring it becomes a chore. That’s why this delicious omelette is perfect for an easy and tasty breakfast.
Delicious Chicken and Egg White Omelette
- 4 oz cooked chicken
- 8 oz of egg whites
- Handful of spinach
- Bell peppers
- Spray your 10” pan with olive oil and place on the stove over medium heat.
- Once heated, add your chicken and veggies to the pan and pour your egg whites over.
- Let cook until the egg whites are firm and fully cooked.
- Once your omelette is finished cooking, you can move it to your plate, easily folding it in half as you do so.
