You’ve probably heard the claims that apple cider vinegar can boost your health and help you lose weight. Today, it is a favorite that has gained a lot of attention, and for a good reason. Did you know you can use it to help you lose weight? Or fight off diabetes?

I didn’t know this when I first started to lose weight either. Now, I have a lot of people ask what I think about this and whether or not they should include it in their diet. My answer is if you think you could benefit from one of its many advantages, then yes. You should try to incorporate it into your routine, at least once a day. You may be surprised at how you begin to feel!

Personally, I have been using apple cider vinegar for a while now and have seen a lot of positive effects from it. I can see the weight it has helped me lose and how it has helped me gain my health back.

I take one shot, or about two tablespoons, of apple cider every morning when I wake up. I also take it before I do my cardio and before I go to bed.

Apple cider vinegar is pretty strong and can easily burn your esophagus, so I recommend adding it to 8 oz of water so that it isn’t so strong. And, if you still can’t consume it, try adding it to a homemade salad dressing to make it easier and delicious.

Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Suppresses Appetite – When you drink apple cider vinegar, especially first thing in the morning, you suppress your appetite. This is really useful if you are trying to lose weight because you will want to eat less, meaning you will consume fewer calories.
  • Boosts Metabolism – A shot of apple cider vinegar helps you boost your metabolism and burn more calories.
  • Manage Blood Sugar Levels – When I first started my journey I was pre-diabetic and started drinking apple cider vinegar. This played an important part in keeping my blood sugars level as I began to drop the weight.
  • Improves Cholesterol – Including apple cider vinegar into your routine helps to manage your cholesterol, as it lowers your bad cholesterol and raises the good cholesterol.

What is the Best Apple Cider Vinegar

There are many different kinds of apple cider vinegar on the shelf at the grocery store, and they are not all the same.

When choosing an apple cider vinegar make sure you choose one with “the mother.” What this means is the vinegar still contains the original beneficial bacteria in it and where all the health benefits come from.

It is easy to tell whether or not the apple cider vinegar has “the mother” in it because it will be cloudy, while those without “the mother” will be transparent.

Braggs is perhaps the most popular brand as they are known for their quality, and it is easy to find.

Apple cider vinegar is highly beneficial to your health and can easily be used in conjunction with your Custom Meal Plan. Adding apple cider vinegar to your meal plan provides you with an additional weight loss boost, so you see more results.

I just found you, Pat yesterday and I love your story. I am overweight and so is my daughter. I am trying to get us healthy. One day I will purchase your custom meal plan when I am not broke from my daughter’s marching band season. Another way I handle apple cider vinegar is 8oz water, 1 tablespoon ACV, pinch of fresh lemon juice, about 5 whole frozen strawberries, Stevia and ice then blend in the blender. It’s as yummy as ACV can get.
