It’s been a while since I shared one of my favorite recipes, so if you’re looking for something new to eat that is healthy and will help you lose more weight you’re going to love this!
We all love a good stir-fry, and I want to share the recipe I make for my family and me.
This recipe is perfect because you can share it with your whole family, whether they are joining you on your journey or not. Or, you can cook this up for your weekly meal prep. It is easy and makes plenty. Plus, the leftovers are just as good as the first time! Just simply multiply the recipe to match the number of meals you are trying to make.
Here is my take on a healthy chicken stir-fry:
- > 1 tablespoon of avocado oil
- > 2 tablespoons of ginger paste
- > 1lb of cube chicken breast
- > 2 cups of broccoli
- > 2 cups of asparagus
- > 1 cup of carrots
- > 1 cup of celery
- > ½ cup of steamed rice per person
- > Salt / pepper / garlic powder / sesame seeds
- > Liquid aminos
Add 1 tbsp of avocado oil to a large skillet and let it heat up on medium.
Mix your two tbsp of ginger paste with your cubed chicken and sprinkle your chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add it to your skillet. Your cubed chicken will take about 5-8 minutes to cook, depending on the size of your cubes.
Add a light layer of liquid aminos to your chicken. Once your chicken is cooked through, remove from skillet and set aside.
Add your veggies to your skillet and cook for 2 minutes until your desired level of done. Add your chicken back into the skillet and mix all of your ingredients.
Place your half cup of steamed rice in the center a place and surround it with chicken and veggies. Enjoy!

This is a great meal because it is low in calories while still being filling. You can also easily substitute this meal into your Custom Meal Plan.
If you try this, be sure to let me know what you think and if you make any changes that we should try. Also, feel free to share your favorite healthy recipes with me by commenting below so I can share them with others.
