Quick and Easy Weight Loss Meal!

There is one issue that we all face: TIME!
I hear all the time that people have trouble finding the time to meal prep, and yes, while having meals prepped already throughout the week can save you time day to day, it does require a good amount of time that you need to set aside once or twice a week to make those meals.
Whether you just don’t have time to meal prep, or you need a quick alternative, know that there are options for you.
For many of us, one of the reasons we have been living a life of eating poorly is because we go for the quick and easy meals that we can just throw in the microwave, heat up, and chow down on.
I am so busy and I know I am not the only one. I don’t always have the time, or really the want, to come home after a late night of work and start grilling chicken and veggies, or to be dicing up sweet potatoes. Sometimes I am exhausted and I just need to eat dinner.
No matter how tired I am, the last thing I want to do is to reach for a fattening just because it is easy and quick. I have worked too hard to start taking a step back just for the sake of saving time.
Fortunately, there are other options out there and some of those “instant” meals may still help you lose weight, all under 10 minutes.
And if you have signed up for a 12-week Custom Meal Plan, you can use these foods to create quick and easy meals that won’t break your macros.
Top 3 Key Foods that Will Save Your Diet and Your Life
Tyson’s Grilled & Ready Pre-Cooked Chicken – This is made from 100% natural chicken and comes pre-cooked. You just pop a filet or two into the microwave, depending on the amount of protein you should be eating, and heat it up for about 3 minutes. These are also great if you want to top a salad or throw into a stir fry, skipping the whole grilling process.
Bird’s Eye Steamfresh Vegetables – These veggies come packaged and ready to throw in the microwave. The special bag steams your veggies so they are cooked just right. There are a variety of vegetables that you can choose from, such as, different medleys, broccoli, peas, green beans, and Brussel sprouts. Feel free to eat as much of these as you would like!
Uncle Ben’s Ready Rice – This is a quick way to add some carbs to your meal. Pop the bag in the microwave for 90 seconds and you have hot, tasty rice. I prefer the jasmine rice, but feel free to go for the white rice if you prefer. If you are eating carbs, add the appropriate amount to your meal. If you are avoiding carbs, skip this step and add an additional portion of vegetables.
How to Use These Foods For Quick Meal Prep
I mentioned that many people say they don’t have time to meal prep, and I understand. I don’t always have time to meal prep either and when I am crunched on time, I find that these make it easier for me. Just like you would meal prep and portion out the food you want to eat over the next few days into a few containers, you can easily portion out these quick-made meals and take them with you over the next few days. This can make your meal prep simple and quick.
These packs of food can be found in almost every grocery store across the nation. If you are overweight and your life is in jeopardy, you have no excuse for not being able to turn your life around.
Losing the weight isn’t easy, but it isn’t impossible either. I spent years trying to lose weight and every time I was unsuccessful and it took being told that if I didn’t lose the weight, I may not live to see my kids grow up. This was enough to put a fire under me and I realized that there is no excuse for the constant diet failure I had been experiencing, so I made the effort and I began to educate myself and I stuck to eating whole foods. I was determined to lose the weight and get my life back.
I made a lot of mistakes along the way because I was self-educating and if you have tried to do any research then you know there is a lot of conflicting information out there. When I started to lose the weight, I had so many people tell me different things I needed to do to lose the weight, but the funny thing was that nobody I had talked to knew what I was going through. None of them had been as overweight as I had and none of them had lost the amount of weight that I needed to lose. They didn’t understand the struggles that daily life brought my way.
But I have been there and I don’t want you to make the same mistakes that I have been this is why I created my Custom Meal Plans. This 12-week plan tells you just what you should be eating every day. I tell you what food to eat, in what amount, and when and I only use food that you want to eat. Plus, I make sure you have direct support from a real nutritionist throughout your entire meal plan.
